However, We reserve the right to disclose your personal identifiable information as required by law to protect our rights and/or to comply with judicial proceedings, court order or legal process served on our company.
We request information from the user on our order form. We use this information such as billing name, address, and email for the purpose contacting you if needed regarding your order. We collect shipping address for the purpose of mailing out your order. We collect credit card information for the purpose of collecting monies owed to process order. We collect email address for the purpose of sending your order information. This does not automatically subscribe you to our email newsletters.
A user may choose to subscribe to our newsletter and opt out at anytime. Each newsletter has an “opt out” button at the bottom for your convenience. Again, we do not sell, rent or share this information in anyway.
Chickenmash Farm takes every precaution to protect our customers/users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website their information is protected both online and off-line. All sensitive information provided on our order form is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry.
If you receive a package that is broken or damaged, please contact us right away so we can contact UPS/USPS.
You will need the original box and packaging for UPS/USPS inspection. UPS will come and pick up the package for inspection from you and as soon as we receive the forms from UPS/USPS delivery service, we will process your replacement or refund.
Due to the natural aspect of our products each product is handmade, so we cannot refund or issue credit due to color variation/texture.
We will review potential returns on a case by case basis, in the instance where a product is not exhibiting normal variances. We will refund any products that display abnormal variances. If you or your customers experience any problems please let us and and we will make things right.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping is based on price by weight. You can add items to your cart and see your calculated rate. Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email or text with your tracking number.
